    While I was at the branch trying to get some money out of my account, there were several issues from the start. These ladies DO NOT like their job, they are way to old to be dealing with customers and they show their aggression’s as soon as you walk in. I asked to make a deposit, they threw me the sheet to fill out went back to her office in the back and left me there with no assistance. I have a 3 year old son and when he moved a piece of paper, she yelled at him and me telling me that he is not allowed to touch anything on the desk. Sorry but kids are kids and her unprofessional mannerism is unacceptable to both me and my child, let alone the customers that she did this in front of were very uncomfortable. I was wondering why there is no one ever at that branch, now I know why. I came there to get cash and not to deal with her awful personality and sustain bad treatment. They other older lady, the one that helped me the second time did the same thing and yelled at my kid because he was eating a hot dog no where near her, but she snarled at him. She is rude and so is the other lady that I have spoken of. Considering these ladies are older and definitely not fit to be a customer service agent, I do not understand how they are employed at customer service position. I am disgusted by their treatment and I am sure that they know it by the way they have treated me and my son. I refuse to go back and I want an apology from these individuals and hope that Clearpath takes into deep consideration their employment with their company. It has left a bad taste in my mouth and I have only been there an hand full of times and never plan to return.
