You can reach Members First Credit Union of Florida at www.membersfirstfl.org. The Credit Union does offer service of 2nd Chance banking to those who has challenges to apply for new accounts because of some issues of banking in the past. If you use this kind of account, you’ll be charged $12/month for service fee. And there is no balance requirement.
